On May 25, 2024, we held the “Montfort Charity Dinner 2024”, a fundraising event that was graced by His Highness Bishop Bernard Paul, that was both a celebration and a testament to our shared commitment to the Montfort Youth Centre. The primary objective of the event was to raise funds to support our institution’s mission and enhance the educational experience of our students. We were thrilled with the outcome of the event, as the generous donations we received will have a substantial impact on our programs and facilities. The evening was filled with delicious food that catered to a variety of tastes, and the entertainment was top-notch, adding to the overall joyous atmosphere. The success of the “Montfort Charity Dinner 2024” truly underscored the power of community and the shared dedication to our cause. We are incredibly grateful to everyone who participated and contributed to this memorable event.

5 OCTOBER 2014 – The event was held at Hotel Equatorial Melaka, graced by our guest-of-honour, YBhg  Dato Sri Ir. Chong Ket Pen – Executive Vice Chairman / Group Managing Director of PROTASCO BERHAD.

Our objective was to raise the much needed funds to maintain the day to day running of the Centre as well as for our building projects.

We thank YBhg Dato Sri and all our donors and sponsors for their contribution to MYC in various ways, to make this event a successful one and making it possible for MYC to continue our objective to build up Youth, to take their rightful places in the society.

We also thank the working committee, the staff and the students who worked very hard, driven by the spirit of our Founder, St. Louis Marie de Montfort who loved the poor and emphasize; “Those whom the world rejects must move you the most.”
